4. Products & Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that descriptions, specifications, dimensions, images, and colours are accurate. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, screens, manufacturing, or natural materials (for example genuine leather). Such variations are not a defect. We may correct errors or update product information at any time.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We may update or discontinue products, limit quantities, or temporarily remove items from sale. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

6. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice. Applicable taxes (GST), shipping fees, and discounts are shown at checkout. In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, Penkrafts may cancel affected orders and issue a complete refund.

7. Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to acceptance and stock. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order for unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, incomplete details, or technical errors.

8. Payments

Payments are processed through trusted third-party gateways (for example Razorpay). Penkrafts does not capture or store card numbers, CVVs, net banking passwords, or UPI PINs on its servers.

9. Corporate & Bulk Orders

Corporate, institutional, and bulk orders may involve minimum quantities, special pricing, custom branding, advance payments, and production timelines. Written quotes or contracts operate alongside these Terms.

10. Customization & Personalization

• You are responsible for verifying spellings, names, artwork, and design details submitted.
• Where an artwork proof is provided, production begins only after customer approval.
• Once custom production or engraving has commenced, modifications or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

11. Customer-Provided Content

If you submit logos, artwork, trademarks, or text, you confirm you have the legal rights to use them. Penkrafts assumes no liability for IP disputes arising from customer-submitted materials.

12. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Standard eligible products can generally be returned or replaced within 7 days of delivery. Custom-engraved, personalized, or logo-branded products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

13. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines and procedures are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary based on location, courier operations, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

14. Intellectual Property

Brand names, logos, product designs, graphics, imagery, and written content belong to Penkrafts or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

15. User Content & Reviews

Reviews must be accurate and based on genuine experience. By submitting reviews or media, you grant Penkrafts a non-exclusive right to display that content for legitimate business purposes. We may remove unlawful or abusive content.

16. Third-Party Services

The Website integrates third-party tools (payment portals, courier tracking, analytics). Penkrafts is not responsible for those providers’ independent practices, availability, or terms.

17. Website Availability
